1. 光诱导绿色合成方法学
2. 新型、高效、高选择性以及生物兼容性的生物偶联反应等交叉学科的研究,重点开展基于光诱导新型“点击”化学反应的设计和开发
主要工作业绩
主要围绕手性金属配合物催化不对称反应的研究,以及新型催化剂的设计和合成,并通过深入了解手性催化剂的设计规律,探索其反应活性和选择性,从而实现一系列结构复杂的手性分子以及药物的高效、高选择性的合成。在研究中,创新性地开发了一种廉价金属镍盐催化的不对称还原胺化反应,使用了安全且经济的甲酸/三乙胺作为氢源,高效实现了一系列化合物的还原胺化反应,并且完成了一步催化不对称降血糖药物hGK-hGKRP (Type II diabetes)的合成。这一方法为构建手性药物分子提供了一条简洁高效的路径,展现了重要的实用价值。
此外,也从事利用分子生物学探针在活体生物分子的光点击生物正交反应研究,主要开展新型高效、高选择性的光化学反应的开发。该类光化学反应可以通过严格的光激发在特定时间和地点研究特定细胞之间的相互作用,实现活体亚细胞精度的时空可控的生物正交标记。而且还可在高度拥挤的活体细胞内实现选择性的生物偶联。截止目前,总共发表SCI论文20余篇,其中以通讯作者和第一作者在Angew. Chem. Int. Ed,Chem. Commun,Chem. Eur. J., 以及Org. Chem. Front.等杂志上发表高水平论文11篇,并有1篇作为亮点进行相关报道,其中刊登在Chem. Commun.上一篇文章被邀请作为front cover封面文章。
